Fabrication of your custom rug will begin once your order clears credit and
all materials are in stock.
Completion time varies depending on product selected and desired finish.
* Hand serged finishing requires 25 business days.
* End-Capped Runners require 15 business days.
* All other rugs & runners require 7 business days.

*** Please note we require 4" extra to square rugs; 2' for wide bindings;
2' 10" for 26" runner end-capping and 3' 3" for 31" runner end-capping.

* All rug sizes are approximate. Allow approx. 2" (+/-) in width/length)
for adjustments made during fabrication process.
* Width dimensions are stated first. All rug sizes are width times length.
* Orders are non-cancellable.
* Dye lots may vary.
* Colors in rug may not match colors seen on your screen.

Special Notes concerning square foot priced rugs:
* Scrap is not available on square foot priced rugs.
* Pricing is for square and rectangular rugs only. Call Customer Service
at (706) 624-9385 for a quote on special shaped and/or round rugs.
* Hidden stitch finish widths are as follows: 3" cotton shows 1.5"-1.75",
UV binding shows 2.25"-2.5", and 5" cotton/linen shows 2.5"-3".
* Hidden stitch is available for a $1.00 per sf surcharge.
* Serging not available on Seagrass, Sisal or Mountain Grass Products.
